This positionoffers a unique opportunity to support the evolving HR Business Partner modelwithin the Group, providing a pivotal role in HR operations. Asan HR Coordinator, you will play an essential role in supporting HR BusinessPartners with various HR systems administration tasks, primarily focusing onabsence and probation review processes. Additionally, you will be involved inrecruitment and onboarding activities, including Right to Work and DBS checks,employee relations casework, and other HR-related initiatives as needed. Whilethe role is primarily office-based, there may be occasional travel to othersites as required. Key responsibilities: SupportHR Business Partners with HR systems administration, particularly in managingabsence and probation review processes. Assistin recruitment and onboarding processes, including conducting Right to Work andDBS checks. Providesupport for employee relations casework. Contributeto various HR-related initiatives and projects. Travelto other sites as necessary to support HR activities. Requirements Qualifications: Previousexperience in an HR support role. CIPDLevel 3 qualification or equivalent experience. StrongIT skills and experience with HR systems. Afull driving license and access to your own transport.
