Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Travel experience required - Charting experience preferred Description: This position is for a registered nurse specializing in medical-surgical and telemetry care. The nurse will be required to work the night shift with 12-hour shifts. Candidates must be open to floating to other medical-surgical and telemetry units as assigned. Two years of experience in a similar setting and travel experience are required. Cerner charting experience is preferred. The role involves providing patient care and support in an observation unit. Candidates must maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to patient care protocols. Vaccination requirements include a flu vaccine, with exemptions allowed for medical or religious reasons. The nurse will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with special procedures and utilizing specialized equipment. All candidates must comply with submission requirements for documentation and experience verification.
