We're looking for a reliable and motivated Picker/Packer I to support our distribution operations in Ellisville, MO. What You'll Do As a Picker/Packer, you'll play a key role in ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time. Responsibilities include: Locate and pick finished goods to fulfill customer orders Operate warehouse picking equipment safely Use RF scanners and computer systems to track inventory Receive and put away incoming shipments Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform repetitive tasks (standing, stooping, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety and compliance guidelines Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily goals

Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution Must live within 50 miles of Ellisville, MO (no relocation assistance available) Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Preferred Skills Prior warehouse or distribution experience Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse management systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills
