Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain
• Administer physical and aquatic therapy treatments, exercises, and manual therapy techniques
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Utilize aquatic therapy modalities to support rehabilitation for a diverse patient population

Requirements:

• Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Experience with aquatic therapy or willingness to train in aquatic rehabilitation techniques
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
