Our organization is in search of a Family Medicine physician to join the Alexander Spring Family Care team in Carlisle, Pennsylvania .

Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD/DO)
- Completion of an accredited U.S. based Family Medicine Residency Program
- Board Certified in Family Medicine (or board eligible for recent residency graduates)
- Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License (or eligibility to obtain one)
- DEA certification
