Role Description The Project Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Tallahasse, FL and will be resonsbile for inperson site inspections and visits from i75 to Pensacola, FL. This role oversees day-to-day project operations, including planning work schedules, coordinating crews, and ensuring tasks are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. The Project Supervisor monitors job progress, conducts site inspections, and communicates regularly with customers and internal stakeholders about project status and requirements. Responsibilities include managing materials and equipment, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining accurate documentation such as reports, work orders, and project records. The role also involves supporting training, enforcing safety protocols, and contributing to continuous improvement in processes and service delivery. Qualifications Project leadership and supervision skills, including team coordination, task prioritization, and performance oversight. Experience with property improvement or construction-related projects, including on-site inspections and quality control. Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to manage schedules, materials, and resources efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to safety and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in basic digital tools and project documentation, such as emails, reports, and work order systems. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or construction-related training is beneficial. Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role on job sites is preferred; familiarity with storm or emergency response work is a plus.
