Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure in Occupational Therapy
• Recent experience working as an OT, preferably in a school environment
• Strong knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and the special education process
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational staff
• Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to varying student needs and developmental levels

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ functional abilities and needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative services to students with a wide range of abilities
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support overall student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
