Responsibilities

• Practice at our flagship campus FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital a 402-bed acute care regional referral center in Pinehurst NC.

• Join a stable established in-house Hospitalist program with a strong core group of physicians excellent retention and a collegial team environment.

• Dedicated Nocturnists provide nighttime coverage.

• Collaborative inpatient services include Hospital Medicine Critical Care/Intensivists Neurology Pediatrics and Geriatrics.

• Easy access to a broad range of specialty and subspecialty support including Cardiology Cardiothoracic Surgery Critical Care Gastroenterology Infectious Disease Pulmonary Medicine Neurology and more.

• Supportive administration and strong relationships with specialists and other members of the medical staff.

• Desirable 7 on/7 off block schedule 180 shifts per year providing excellent work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Completion of ACGME- or AOA-approvedInternal Medicine residencyand board certification are .

• Must have clean backgroundability to getNC licensureandNC DEA.

• AHAACLScertification .

• Superior clinical communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in a high acuity Hospitalist program highly desired.
