Associate Attorney (3–5 Years) – Insurance Defense / Maritime Litigation Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with approximately 3–5 years of experience to join its litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking hands‑on litigation experience in insurance defense and maritime matters. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced attorneys while handling a variety of litigation responsibilities and developing practical courtroom and case management skills. Responsibilities Assist with the handling of insurance defense and maritime litigation matters Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses Manage written discovery and document review Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts Assist with trial preparation and case management Qualifications 3–5 years of litigation experience Florida Bar admission and good standing Insurance defense experience preferred Maritime or admiralty experience strongly preferred Experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions Strong legal research and writing skillsOrganized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple assignments Why Consider This Opportunity?
