Logistics Claim Specialist

MindSource is looking for a Logistics Claim Specialist for our client based in Dalton, GA. This is a long-term contract opportunity. Key responsibilities include managing and processing all damage-related claims, covering both finished goods and raw material components in the warehouses. The role involves identifying, investigating, and documenting damages, coordinating claim resolution with internal departments, preparing and submitting claim documentation, tracking claim status, maintaining comprehensive claim records, and supporting internal audits and compliance requirements.

Qualifications include being bilingual in English & Korean, having a minimum of 1 year of experience in claim management, quality, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing operations, hands-on experience handling product or material damage cases in a manufacturing or plant environment, strong investigation, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple claim cases simultaneously, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Preferred qualifications include experience in manufacturing plants handling both finished goods and raw materials, familiarity with internal claim processes, vendor claims, and insurance handling, and experience working with external suppliers, carriers, or insurance companies.
