Position Summary The Experienced Copier/Printer Service Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing office equipment in a designated territory. This role requires strong technical expertise, time management, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Service and repair copiers and printers with minimal supervision Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network-related issues Install and configure equipment, including scanning in peer-to-peer environments Perform preventative maintenance to maximize device uptime Manage parts inventory and supplies according to company standards Maintain an organized service vehicle, tools, and schedule Build and maintain strong customer relationships Support sales teams by identifying potential upgrade or replacement opportunities Ensure a professional appearance and excellent customer experience at all times Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 21 years of age Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude Basic networking knowledge (print drivers, connectivity troubleshooting) Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Competitive hourly pay Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid Time Off, Sick Time, and Paid Holidays 401(k) with Company Match Career growth and advancement opportunities Supportive, team-oriented culture Field-based role with daily travel to customer locations Independent work with team and leadership support Fast-paced, customer-focused environment FlexTG provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
