Network Technician

Duration: Contract - 3 months to start with potential to extend

Location: Hybrid - 8AM-5PM - must be onsite every Friday for an in person meeting, may be required in the office other days as well. Office is in LAUSD address: 333 South Beaudry Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90017

Projects:

• LAUSD - Cisco Network and Fiber Refresh - Cisco Switches, Cores, Wireless Controllers and APs
• Montebello - Aruba AP Deployment - Aruba Switches, APs, and Controllers

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Network Technician
• Experience working with school districts K-12 and/or SLED network management
• Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) experience a major plus
• Experience managing fiber optic or digital cabling
• Experience with network hardware with WLAN/LAN
• Experience with UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and camera installations
• Dependable, organized, and hard working
