This position plays a critical role in keeping projects, communications, deadlines and digital workflows organized and moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking and communicates professionally while taking pride in keeping others organized and on track.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer the phone and assist clients with scheduling sales appointments
• Assist in keeping paperwork organized and submitted for projects in a timely manner
• Greet clients when they stop by
• Assist with moving approved paperwork through the work flow
• Receive deliveries
• Input invoices into quickbooks
• Respond to emails and other leads that come into the office
• Communication with clients to remind them of upcoming appointments

This is a part time position, roughly 24 hours a week 9am - 3pm Tuesday through Friday. Starting at $18/hr.
