Account Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an outstanding Account Manager that will join our Ad Sales team in New York. You will be tasked with assisting from campaign execution through campaign wrap up, driving incremental revenue and renewals, and working with internal and external partners to flawlessly execute campaigns for advertisers.

Reporting to the Director of Account Management, this role includes strategic planning, consultative selling, brainstorming, project management, analysis, storytelling and delivery on brand’s core business objectives. You must be professional, organized and motivated as well as have the drive to assist clients in a dynamic, competitive environment. You will be a reliable and crucial sales team member with comprehensive platform knowledge who can anticipate client and sales team needs. Above all, your work will contribute to the growth of the broader digital audio space. The salary range for this position is $70,000 but can vary with your experience in our industry and the skills required.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES

· Partner with Account Executives to provide materials for proposals/submissions including media recommendations, screenshots, research, competitive data, and advise on what is feasible to execute

· Be the frontline on all booked revenue to monitor campaign delivery and pacing; escalate issues when applicable

· Build custom sales presentations by preparing key data and relevant research

· Have skill in working within internal order management systems and third-party systems

· Cultivate positive business relationships with clients and sales team members

REQUIREMENTS & GENERAL SKILLS

· 2 - 4 years plus of experience working within an advertising or media organization

· Expertise in the digital or audio (podcasts and streaming) advertising landscape recommended

· Knowledge of pre-sale process and creation of media plans

· Proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied tasks and campaigns in a timely manner

· Excellent client service and verbal and written communication skills; results driven with strong analytical skills

· Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and working collaboratively with all departments

· Work a hybrid schedule and commute into our Midtown Manhattan office Tuesday through Thursday.
