There are eight locations in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. As a Shift Manager, you will be expected to: Operate the restaurant and achieve restaurant goals Develop and maintain a team Meet sales and guest count targets Manage labor and food costs Ensure proper training is completed Qualifications: Prior management experience required; alternatively, employees with no prior experience may be hired as crew and trained for future management roles.
