Mission-Driven VP of People & HR Leadership

United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley

USO is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead and transform the organization’s HR strategy, governance, and operations across a globally dispersed workforce. The role reports to the CAO and partners with the CEO to align workforce planning with mission and growth. The VP HR will drive total rewards, employee relations, talent development, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with U.S. employment laws and international regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley
