Registered Nurse (RN), Rehabilitation – $15,000 sign‑on bonus with 30‑month commitment. Job Type: Full‑Time Night Shift (1900–0730). Position Summary Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisors/managers, and co‑workers as appropriate. Participates in discharge planning process. Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program. Current state license as Registered Nurse. CPR/BCLS certification. Preferred Qualifications ACLS certification. CRRN certification. Six (6) months’ medical/surgical experience. Six (6) months to one (1) year of rehabilitation experience.
