Direct Support Professional - Adult Day Program

Responsibilities We are looking for Day Program Staff to work with adults with developmental disabilities. The role requires being a morning driver, transporting clients to the program in the company van. Responsibilities include providing care and supervision, behavior management, habilitation goals, and daily living skills. You will participate in indoor activities, work in a team environment, and enjoy a supportive atmosphere. This is an entry‑level position with all required training provided free of charge. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or G.E.D. 21 years old or older. Pass a criminal background and fingerprint clearance card (we will assist). Valid Arizona driver’s license. Clean 39‑month motor vehicle record and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Current certifications: CPR, First Aid, Prevention and Support, Article 9, and DCW. Experience in Group Homes, DTA’s, HCBS, or DTT’s. Experience as a Direct Support Professional.
