Hospice Social Worker (MSW) – Wyoming Valley, PA Serenity Hospice PA Serenity Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Social Worker to join our team serving the Wyoming Valley, Pennsylvania area. Position Summary: The Hospice Social Worker provides emotional, psychosocial, and practical support to patients and families, helping them navigate end-of-life care with dignity and comfort.
