This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to work with a varied caseload, including some students with severe needs, in a collaborative and inclusive setting. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience in a school setting, especially with middle and high school students, is highly valued
• Comfortable and skilled in working with students who have a range of needs, from mild to severe
• Strong assessment, therapy, and communication skills
• Flexibility to support both in-person and virtual/hybrid service delivery, if needed

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress and inclusion
• Document and track student outcomes, maintaining thorough and confidential records
• Provide guidance and education to families and staff regarding communication strategies and resources
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
