Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12+ years of experience
- 5+ years as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Product Lead.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow SPM experience.
- Experience leading enterprise portfolio transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and Product Operating Models.
- Experience working with PMO, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Experience managing global stakeholders and distributed teams
- ServiceNow Expertise: Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Financial Planning, Agile Development, Strategic Planning Workspace, Portfolio Management, Roadmap Planning.
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own the ServiceNow SPM product roadmap and define strategic priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with Portfolio Managers, PMOs, Finance, Business Leaders, and IT stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Define product vision, success metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes.
- Lead product planning sessions and roadmap reviews with executive leadership.
