(Korean Bilingual) HR Generalist

The role includes full-cycle recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits support, performance management assistance, employee relations, and administration of HR policies and processes. Requirements Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruitment, including posting open positions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Partner with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting new hire orientation and exit interviews. Provide support for employee benefits questions and assist with benefits enrollments. Review employee timecards and ensure timely approval by managers. Assist with employee annual goal setting and performance evaluation processes. Support implementation of HR initiatives aligned with company goals. Lead and support complex employee relations issues, including investigations and resolution. Advise managers on performance management, coaching, and corrective action processes. Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment laws. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in HR. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Conversational-level Korean proficiency is required. Fluency in Korean is a plus (preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Compensation The base salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $100,000 yearly. Your base salary will depend on your experience, qualifications, and skills.
