Customer Service Specialist

To provide exceptional customer service, the remote Customer Service Specialist will address and resolve customer inquiries, manage high-volume phone calls, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy while being located in Indiana. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to existing orders Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with placing new orders and addressing inquiries Document issues in Confluence and visit court dockets for information on case filings Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and phone systems preferred Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently Typing speed of at least 55 wpm Document manipulation experience and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy #J-18808-Ljbffr
