Crowne Health Care is currently accepting applications for compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation team.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Charge Nurse

• Starting at $32/hour
• Pay based on experience

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Med Cart Nurse

• Multiple shifts available
• Baylor Day opening
• PRN opportunities available
• Pay based on experience
• $12,500 sign-on bonus available for the next 3 night shift LPN hires only

Baylor Med Cart Nurse – RN or LPN

• Weekend Baylor schedule
• Night shift
• Work Baylor hours and receive full-time pay
• Eligible for full-time benefits

Contract RN & LPN

• Higher hourly rate of pay in lieu of benefits
• Flexible scheduling
• 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN or LPN license in good standing
• Temporary PN License accepted when applicable
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Dependable and committed to quality resident care

Essential Job Duties

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Complete accurate electronic documentation
• Assess and monitor residents for changes in condition
• Report changes to physicians, responsible parties, and appropriate team members
• Order medications and coordinate with pharmacy services
• Supervise and support CNA staff
• Provide wound care and treatments
• Collect and process laboratory specimens
• Follow facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
