Leasing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents warmly, qualify leads, and present properties in a persuasive, professional manner using feature/benefit selling techniques
• Complete lease applications, assist with verification, and notify applicants of results promptly
• Negotiate leasing terms and execute lease agreements
• Respond quickly and professionally to resident concerns and service requests
• Promote available units through social media and other marketing channels
• Conduct periodic property inspections and ensure proper maintenance
• Maintain accurate resident records and update daily reports (vacancy, notice to vacate, activity

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of residential property management leasing experience
• 1 year of Yardi experience
• Knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
• Proven track record in sales and customer service
• Warm, friendly, and professional communication style - in person and by phone
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work weekends as needed
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass drug screening and background check
