HOUSEKEEPER

Department/Reporting Hotel Department. Reports to Director of Hotel Operations. Pay Rate $15.00 per hour Job Type This is a full time position. Responsibilities Cleaning of guest rooms as company requirements. Assisting as needed in laundry and public areas. Maintaining the stocking of housekeeping cars with linen and guest supplies. Responding to guest requests and needs. Reporting maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair. Performing deep cleaning tasks per company requirements. Greeting all guests in a friendly manner. Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight throughout the shift. Ability to work in a team environment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be age 18 or older. Cannot be convicted of a felony. High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace (English). Requires bending, finger dexterity, grasping, standing. Must pass a pre‑employment drug test and qualify for a gaming license. Public Relations Important attributes of any employee of the Havasu Landing Casino and Hotel, along with the official performance of duties, are personal appearance and public relations.
