Job Title: Paintline Loader Job Description

The Paintline Loader loads fabricated parts onto the paint line, inspects them for defects, and ensures the correct parts are placed on the line to fulfill specific work orders. This is a highly physical position that involves frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, continuous movement throughout the shift, and the use of computers and work instructions to kit parts from the paint line onto pallets according to order specifications.

• Load fabricated parts onto the paint line according to work order requirements and production schedules.
• Inspect parts for defects before loading to ensure only quality components proceed through the paint process.
• Verify that the correct parts are placed on the line to fulfill specific work orders and customer specifications.
• Use a computer and written work instructions to kit parts from the paint line onto pallets according to order specifications.
• Organize and stage parts in the appropriate sequence to support efficient paintline operations.
• Handle loading and unloading tasks in a warehouse and production environment.
• Lift and move parts weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Maintain a dependable and reliable work schedule to support consistent production output.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate pride in the quality and accuracy of work performed.
• Adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed to support overall production goals.

• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
• Experience working in a warehouse, production, or similar environment involving loading and unloading tasks.
• Ability to use a computer to follow work instructions and kit parts from the paint line onto pallets.
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting parts for defects and verifying correct parts for work orders.
• Dependable and reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work 10-hour days for a period of approximately 4–6 months.
• Demonstrated ownership and pride in work, including quality and accuracy of tasks completed.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment with changing priorities.
• Willingness to learn new skills and potentially move into welding or other production roles over time.
• Ability to stand on feet for the entire shift and work safely around machinery and heat-treating equipment.

This role is based in a production and warehouse setting with a hot work environment at times due to heat-treating processes and nearby machinery. Team members stand on their feet for the entire shift and work around active equipment and moving parts. The schedule may include 10-hour workdays over a 4–6 month period, requiring sustained physical activity such as lifting, carrying, and moving parts throughout the day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delano, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Delano,MN.
