We are a not-for-profit critical access hospital dedicated to serving Orrville, eastern Wayne County, and nearby rural areas. Our organization is currently in search of a full-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist to provide tailored OB/GYN services in a community-oriented environment.

• Full-time, hospital-employed role within our healthcare foundation.
• A balanced practice encompassing both obstetrics and gynecology.
• Collaborative support from a proficient team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to improve patient care and enhance work-life balance for providers.
• Shared call coverage among providers to ensure manageable scheduling, with APPs handling first call each night.
• A collegial atmosphere with easy access to specialists throughout our healthcare system.

• We serve over 36,000 patients each year, including more than 500 births annually.
• Our modern, fully renovated facilities offer:
• 24/7 emergency services
• Inpatient and outpatient surgical suites
• Diagnostic imaging, laboratory, rehabilitation, pain management, and sports/wellness services
• A dedicated Family Birth Center that provides obstetric services, including cesarean capabilities, in a supportive, home-like environment.
