Territory Manager - Acute Care & Simulation (NHS & Private Healthcare)Territory - West Midlands, Wales and South-West EnglandRole OverviewThe Territory Manager - Acute Care & Simulation supports the growth and adoption of acute care, resuscitation, maternity, and clinical simulation solutions across NHS and private healthcare organisations. The role blends commercial sales activity with clinical credibility to position practical, education‑led solutions that improve patient care, training, and clinical outcomes.This role is open to entry‑level or experienced candidates with the right aptitude and motivation.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve sales targets across resuscitation equipment, maternity solutions, and simulation & training technologiesIdentify and develop opportunities within NHS Trusts and private healthcare providersSupport or manage the full sales cycle, including tenders, evaluations, and contract awardsBuild relationships with clinical users (resus leads, midwives, educators), procurement, EBME/IT, and managementDeliver product demonstrations, simulations, and training sessionsContribute to NHS Supply Chain and Trust tender submissionsPrepare proposals and value‑based business cases aligned to clinical and training needsTrack market trends, competitor activity, and relevant NHS policy or guideline changesKey RequirementsInterest or experience in medical device, healthcare, or clinical education salesUnderstanding of, or willingness to learn, acute care, maternity, resuscitation, or simulation environmentsAwareness of NHS structures and procurement (training provided if entry‑level)Confidence presenting to clinical and non‑clinical stakeholdersStrong communication, organisation, and relationship‑building skillsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travelKey CompetenciesConsultative, solution‑based sellingClinical curiosity and ability to learn complex productsStructured territory and account planningProfessional, credible communication styleResults‑focused with a strong learning mindsetPerformance Metrics (KPIs)Revenue and margin performanceOpportunity conversionAccount and installed‑base growthAdoption and utilisation of solutionsCustomer satisfaction and retentionThis role offers an opportunity to build or further develop a career in acute care and simulation, working closely with frontline clinicians and educators to support safer care and better clinical outcomes.#cardiacservices #J-18808-Ljbffr Unipharmedtech
