Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager (Bilingual Spanish/English) Location: Encino, CA Job Type: Full-Time Practice Area: Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury Overview We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our growing plaintiff-side personal injury practice. This role requires a self-sufficient professional who can manage a full pre-litigation caseload from intake through settlement in a fast-paced environment. This is NOT a remote or hybrid role. Responsibilities Manage a full pre-litigation caseload from case opening through settlement Serve as primary point of contact for clients Open and maintain electronic case files and detailed case notes Request, track, and organize medical records and billing Coordinate and schedule medical treatment Handle property damage and loss-of-use claims Identify and assist with Medi-Cal and Medicare lien issues Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and vendors Draft routine correspondence and documents for attorney review Ensure deadlines and compliance with firm procedures Detailed case accounting Provide leadership and mentoring Requirements Bilingual Spanish/English (read, write, speak) — REQUIRED 5+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience Strong knowledge of PI pre-litigation processes Experience handling medical records, treatment coordination, and property damage Familiarity with Medi-Cal and Medicare liens Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Filevine or Merus Able to work independently and as part of a team Ideal Candidate Manages cases independently with minimal supervision Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented Comfortable in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Professional, client-focused, and detail-oriented Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr LAW OFFICES OF BOB NEHORAY
