Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:30pm The Opportunity (Job Purpose): Are you ready to make a visible impact? As our next Shop Foreman, you will play a crucial role in leading our local team. We are looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with us. What You'll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities): Ensure all vehicle repairs are completed with the highest quality and safety standards, meeting customer expectations and deadlines. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs as needed, along with supervising and assisting other technicians. Fill in for Service Advisor as needed. Maintain good customer relations by actively listening to concerns, clearly communicating repair processes, and providing timely updates. Share knowledge and expertise with fellow technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and understanding. Diagnose vehicle problems accurately and efficiently, utilizing problem-solving skills and innovative thinking to determine the most effective repair methods. Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers. Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills): Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required, additional trade school training preferred and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Mechanical and refinishing knowledge required. Valid driver's license required; CDL required, or ability to obtain. Dependable and reliable attendance required.
