Physician Assistant Urology

Blanchard Valley Urology Associates, part of Blanchard Valley Health System, is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant with urology or gynecology experience to join a high-volume, collaborative urology practice in Findlay, Ohio, offering flexible scheduling, no call, advanced clinical technology, and long-term professional growth within a nationally recognized nonprofit health system.

The Physician Assistant will provide direct urologic care in a primarily outpatient setting while collaborating closely with urologists and clinical staff. Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and managing new and established urology patients
• Providing outpatient clinical care with 15–20 patients per day
• Performing pre-operative and post-operative assessments and follow-up visits
• Assisting with patient education regarding procedures, medications, and treatment plans
• Supporting physicians with clinic workflow and procedural preparation
• Conducting occasional inpatient hospital rounding (no call responsibilities)
• Documenting patient encounters using Cerner / Oracle Health EMR
• Utilizing AI-assisted clinical documentation tools
• Participating in continuous learning within a fast-paced urology environment
• Adhering to BVHS quality, safety, and compliance standards

Competitive Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 annually
