Lonestar Pediatric Dental & Braces is seeking a compassionate, skilled pediatric dentist (Float) to join our growing team in the Austin area. This role will provide clinical support across multiple locations, delivering high-quality dental care to children while working under the clinical supervision of Dr. Randy Hamilton. About the Role As a Pediatric Dentist Float, you’ll play a key role in ensuring continuity of care and maintaining excellent patient experiences across our practices. What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care including exams, restorations, preventative treatments, and patient education Deliver exceptional patient experiences with a focus on comfort, trust, and communication Collaborate closely with clinical teams across multiple Austin-area offices Support continuity of care by filling in for scheduled absences, PTO coverage, and volume needs Adhere to best practices, clinical protocols, and compliance standards Work under the clinical supervision and mentorship of Dr. Randy Hamilton What We’re Looking For DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Strong clinical skills in pediatric dentistry Excellent chairside manner with children and families Flexibility to travel between locations within the Austin market A positive, team-focused attitude and commitment to quality care Why Join Lonestar Pediatric Dental & Braces?
