Role Description The Assistant Stylist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tysons Corner, VA. This position supports lead stylists in client appointments, including wardrobe editing, outfit coordination, and preparation of accessorized looks. Responsibilities include organizing closets, maintaining itemized wardrobe records, prepping lookbooks, and assisting with personal shopping and fittings. The Assistant Stylist will help manage inventory, steam and prepare garments, coordinate with closet architects, and ensure showrooms remain orderly and visually appealing. The role also involves client communication, scheduling support, and occasional administrative tasks related to styling projects. Qualifications Strong styling and fashion sense, with the ability to coordinate outfits, accessories, and complete looks for diverse clients. Excellent organization and attention to detail, including experience with closet organization, inventory tracking, and visual presentation. Effective interpersonal and communication skills to support client interactions, understand preferences, and collaborate with senior stylists. Comfort with on-site, hands‑on work, including garment care (steaming, packing, transporting) and showroom maintenance. Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and follow through on instructions in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment. Proficiency with basic digital tools (email, scheduling software, shared documents) to support appointments and project coordination. Previous experience in fashion, retail, personal styling, or visual merchandising is preferred but not required.
