In this role you will drive manufacturing improvement, leading cost‑saving initiatives, optimizing workflows, elevating problem‑solving, and ensuring our processes consistently perform at their best.What You’ll Be DoingLead cost reduction projects, value analysis, and economic programs to reduce labor and burden costs.Lead capital projects for new business, cost reduction, reliability and efficiency improvements, and business continuity projects.Own, prepare, and maintain all production standard work and production documentation, conduct regular standard work checks and PFMEA and Control Plan reviews to meet IATF standards.Serve as owner of the following for his/her assigned departments: product prototypes, samples and cost estimates; introduction of new or revised product and process; process development and capital project; work cell value-stream map(s) and process FMEA(’s); physical asset inventories.What We're Looking ForB.S. in an Engineering discipline such as Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.Proficiency in problem-solving tools and methodologies.Ability to manage multiple projects.Strong organizational skills, project management abilities, and attention to detail.Proficiency with various computer software and applications such as CAD, Excel, Word, MS Project, and Minitab.What You'll Get from UsWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
