Assembler 1 - 2nd shift

Job Title Assembler 1 - 2nd shift Responsibilities Handle small, delicate parts with a high degree of accuracy. Perform a variety of electro‑mechanical assembly operations using small hand tools, soldering equipment, and machinery. Follow the sequence of operations to ensure documented and controlled processes are followed. Understand and document daily production metrics accurately. Participate in projects as a team member to develop skills, talents, and teamwork to support improvement projects. Demonstrate Philips Behaviors, treat all team members with respect, and value their feedback. Qualifications Good hand‑eye coordination, verbal and written communication skills. High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent. Ability to successfully perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements (with or without accommodation). Requirements US work authorization is a precondition of employment; no sponsorship for work‑authorized visa. Must reside in or within commuting distance to Reedsville, PA; relocation benefits are not provided. This is an onsite role on the 2nd shift. Location & Shift Onsite role in Reedsville, PA on the 2nd shift. Compensation & Benefits Pay range for this position in PA is $17.75 to $23.71 per hour. Additional compensation may include an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long‑term incentives.
