Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of AI engineers to deliver high-quality, innovative AI solutions. Design, develop, and implement cutting‑edge AI algorithms and models to address business challenges. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes. Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring best practices in AI development. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in AI to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. Strong expertise in machine learning and deep learning technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Lead project teams within the business. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
