You'll gain exposure to multiple areas of the business while building valuable experience in manufacturing finance, pricing, inventory analysis, and operational reporting.What You'll DoMaintain and manage pricing and quote information within company systems.Analyze quoted pricing, margins, and profitability against actual business results.Prepare and evaluate reports related to gross margin, inventory, accounts receivable, and other key financial metrics.Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve pricing and cost variances.Analyze product costs, supplier pricing changes, manufacturing overhead, and work-order reporting.Support customer quoting activities and ensure pricing accuracy across business units.Perform general ledger analysis, account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close support.Create both standard and ad hoc reports that help drive operational and financial decisions.Leverage Excel and other analytical tools to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks.Contribute to process improvements, operational efficiencies, and factory planning initiatives.What We're Looking ForRequired SkillsFinancial analysis and accounting experience.Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.Understanding of general ledger concepts and financial reporting.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or a related field.Experience manipulating large datasets and building financial reports.A collaborative mindset with a willingness to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and continuously learn.Why This Opportunity Stands OutExposure to senior leadership and key business decision-makersHands-on experience across operations, supply chain, manufacturing, pricing, and financeStrong culture of learning, mentorship, and career growthOpportunity to make a visible impact on business performanceOnsite fitness centerCollaborative environment where ideas and initiative are valuedWork EnvironmentThis position is 100% onsite in Spokane, WA, with standard business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
