Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional massage therapy services tailored to each client's needs
• Develop customized treatment plans that support wellness and long-term results
• Create a welcoming, healing experience that encourages client retention
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professional standards
• Support membership growth through client education and referrals
• Meet performance goals established by spa management
• Collaborate with a team dedicated to outstanding guest experiences

Qualifications

• Active New York State Massage Therapy License required
• Ability to maintain professional liability insurance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of a variety of massage techniques and modalities
• Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Availability to work flexible days, evenings, and/or weekends
