Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of our Ebensburg office location.

Build and maintain meaningful relationships with local businesses and families to understand their insurance needs.

Recruit, train, and support a team of motivated insurance agents to reach their full potential.

Analyze market data to identify new growth opportunities within the Atlantic District.

Provide expert guidance on policy coverage to ensure our clients feel fully protected and confident.

Represent the agency at local community events and foster strong ties with our neighbors.

Collaborate with headquarters to implement new sales strategies and refine existing service standards.

Requirements

Valid Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.

Proven track record of success in independent insurance sales or agency management.

Deep understanding of life and health insurance products and market trends.

Strong local network within the Ebensburg area and surrounding Pennsylvania communities.

Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of sales professionals.

Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal networking abilities.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex administrative workflows.
