Legal Case Manager

Our busy law office is growing, and we need an experienced legal case manager to work alongside attorneys and achieve clients’ goals. Our ideal candidate will have experience in case management as a paralegal or legal assistant and be skilled in managing case files, including client treatment, securing records/ bills, and lien negotiations. We need someone who is an effective communicator, incredibly organized, and self-motivated. Our case managers play an essential role in ensuring that clients’ goals are met. Responsibilities: • Communicate case status with clients and outside counsel as requested • Maintain and organize all case files, and information with regard to engagement, whether electronic or paper, in accordance with firm policies • Advise attorneys with cost and time-effective recommendations to accomplish the client’s goals Qualifications: • Computer proficient - specifically with case management software, word processing, and spreadsheet presentation • Case management process experience is needed - preferably as a personal injury case manager, or related jobs such as legal secretary, paralegal, or legal assistant at a law firm, non-profit, or human services agency • Effective organizational and communication skills, both written and oral, are needed Compensation: $30 hourly
