IMMEDIATE LEAD HVAC FILTER TECHNICIAN OPENING!

Growing company seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Filter Technician to join our team on 1st shift.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on HVAC filter replacement and installation. This is not a troubleshooting or repair position

What You'll Do

• Lead filter service work at commercial customer sites
• Replace and install HVAC filters
• Inspect filter systems and identify replacement needs
• Drive company box trucks to customer locations
• Maintain service records and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service while on-site
• Support and guide team members during service work

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Grove, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
