Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hotel property maintenance team. This role is essential to ensuring all hotel facilities are safe, operational, and guest-ready. If you have experience with HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems and enjoy problem-solving in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance tasks
Respond promptly to maintenance requests
Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
Follow safety protocols and regulations

REQUIREMENTS

Technical certification or equivalent experience, Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment, Strong communication skills & Availability for on-call shifts
