Here, you ll practice at the top of your license, backed by a respected, nationally recognized healthcare system known for quality and innovation.

• Focused, high-quality practice: Manage an average of just 17 patients per night, allowing you to deliver thoughtful, thorough care without overwhelming volume.
• Streamlined nocturnist schedule: Dedicated 8p 6a shifts, with solo physician coverage from 1a 6a ideal for physicians who value autonomy and clinical independence. 10-11 ten-hour shifts per month (1,272 hours worked).
• Robust clinical scope: Maintain and expand your procedural skills with regular opportunities for intubations, central lines, lumbar punctures, and chest tube placements.
• Advanced capabilities: Work within a Level III Trauma Center supported by a fully integrated TeleStroke program with annual certification, ensuring cutting-edge stroke care at your fingertips.
• Comprehensive specialty backup: Collaborate with 30+ specialties, giving you the confidence and support to manage complex cases effectively.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Avg. compensation $513,000
• Additional pay for extra coverage
• Additional Incentive Compensation
• $50,000 Sign on bonus, residency/fellowship stipend, and loan assistance
• $15,000 Relocation assistance
• $3,500 CME allowance; 5 days off
