Junior Supply Chain Planner (Hybrid)

The Junior Supply Chain Planner plays a critical role in supporting demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply execution across BIG’s brand portfolio. This role is ideal for someone early in their supply chain career who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced organization. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and external manufacturing partners to ensure the right product is available at the right time while maintaining healthy inventory levels and service targets. Hybrid Expectation: Onsite at our SLC office 1x per week Base compensation of $70,000 with eligibility for a 5% annual bonus Key Responsibilities Support monthly demand forecasting and inventory planning processes Assist in maintaining accurate supply plans aligned to forecast, promotions, and new product launches Identify potential supply risks (stockouts, excess inventory, long lead times) and elevate proactively Maintain and update planning data in ERP/MRP systems Support S&OP processes through data preparation and reporting Analyze trends in sales, forecast accuracy, and inventory turns Support the Procurement and Demand Planning teams as it relates to data and systems accuracy and updates Assist with new product launch planning and phase-out strategies Requirements 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, inventory planning, or operations (consumer goods or beauty industry preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or related field Strong analytical skills with comfort working in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) Experience working in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred Understanding of forecasting concepts and inventory management principles Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally Growth mindset and desire to build a long-term career in supply chain Benefits And Perks Base pay of $70,000 with 5% annual bonus eligibility 401(k) with company match - $ for $ up to 4% - immediately vested Vacation/Holiday Leave Great Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Life and AD&D Insurance Opportunities for growth and advancement And so much more!
