YOUR ROLE As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day by providing amazing shopping experiences, representing the company values, and showcasing our love for AE & Aerie products. Your Responsibilities You engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, adopting a "friends first" mindset. You educate guests on AE & Aerie products and recommend suitable selections. You introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels. You flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. You proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy. You assist teammates and uphold teamwork values. You act with integrity, adhering to AEO's policies and procedures.
