About the Role: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs. You will also be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, communicate effectively with other members of the healthcare team, and participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest best practices.
