Job Description Associate of RIA Distribution - (Westchester County, NY) Our strategic client partner, a $5bln+ rapidly growing global asset manager focused on private credit and direct lending is actively seeking an Associate of RIA Distribution for an onsite role in their NYC Metro offices. The ideal candidate will assume responsibility for supporting the RIA, OCIO and broader retail distribution platforms for a newly registered Interval Fund. A burgeoning interest in private credit alongside the desire to develop sales skills and be a strong support structure of the distribution team are critical. Effective communication and organizational skills are a must. A driven, self-starter along with the ability to complete required tasks is required. Associate of RIA Distribution Responsibilities : Support the distribution team, interacting with legal, investment and operational teams. Support all facets of the distribution effort across retail and RIA channels. Maintain and manage internal and databases including the CRM, Intralinks, etc. Maintain and manage external databases and product performance platforms. Conduct market research for RIA visits, conferences, media and PR opportunities. Manage and quarterback all in-bound communication and investor requests. Liaise with investment teams across the firm in response to client needs. Manage scheduling, travel, events, webinars, pipeline, meeting requests. Associate of RIA Distribution Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field 2-3 years of financial industry experience in a sales and marketing supporting role. Interest in the expanding RIA landscape and retail platforms. FINRA Series 7, or 6, and 63 licenses required. Basic knowledge of private credit, direct lending, and fixed-income alternatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to be articulate, flexible, polished, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. About Infinia Search: We're Infinia Search.
