We are currently seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) and Commissioning projects for commercial construction clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys managing projects from initial estimate through final commissioning and project closeout while working directly with clients, engineers, contractors, and field personnel.

Position Summary

The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for managing TAB and commissioning projects from estimation through completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage TAB and commissioning projects from estimating through project closeout.
• Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, owners, controls vendors, and field technicians.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and commissioning requirements.
• Track project schedules, budgets, costs, and change orders.
• Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, reports, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Maintain compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, and applicable codes.
• Support field teams and provide technical guidance when needed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in TAB, commissioning, MEP project management, or related construction services.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, building automation controls, and MEP systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and mechanical drawings.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a growing company environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• AABC, NEBB, TABB, or other TAB/Commissioning certifications.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Commercial construction project experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
