Senior Executive Recruiter at LHH/Parker and Lynch LHH is seeking a Senior Financial Sales Analyst on behalf of a growing company in Plano, TX. This organization is a leader in its field, known for delivering innovative solutions in their field. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities, and experience working closely with sales organizations to drive business decisions through data . This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative finance team that plays a critical role in supporting strategic sales growth. Job Responsibilities: Calculate and analyze monthly commissions to ensure timely and accurate payments Design, develop, and maintain sales reporting tools and dashboards used by sales leadership and field teams Ensure consistency and accuracy across multiple data platforms and reporting systems Build financial models to automate reporting and analytical functions Support the annual planning process with detailed sales and volume modeling Partner with business unit leaders and cost centers to provide financial insights and recommendations Perform monthly close activities related to sales performance and commission accruals Assist with internal and external audit requests Provide ad-hoc financial and sales performance analysis as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales analyst or sales operations analyst role Hands-on experience working with large data sets in Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce.com Demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex financial or mathematical models Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce.com Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Finance Industries Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at LHH by 2x Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Paid paternity leave Paid maternity leave Disability insurance Get notified when a new job is posted.
